WYNTK: Agency Designated Superusers
In the LMP, a Superuser is a supervisor, HR professional, Program Coordinator, Training Coordinator, or other leadership staff who has administrative privileges in the system and can view all employee profiles associated with the agency. For most CSOC service lines, the Agency Designated Superuser has the ability to view their staff’s Curricula/Certification Tracks, and all training records and certificates. Superusers can also help facilitate certification requirements including checking off competencies and viewing certification exam results. Keep in mind--when a person is given Superuser privileges, they can see all records associated with an agency. If you work for an IIC/BA Agency, there are two types of superusers. A Clinical Superuser supervises BAs, can attest to competencies, and manage certifications. A Non-Clinical Superuser can assign training and view training completions and certificates but cannot attest to certification competencies. Email us with questions! CSOCTraining@ubhc.rutgers.edu
