Overview

This week we will complete the AC circuit analysis based on phasors techniques by discussing the Mesh-Current method with phasors. Also, we will learn how to build differential equations for RC, RL and RLC electrical circuits.

Learning Objectives

This week you will learn:

1. How to apply Mesh-Current Method and Phasors for analysis of AC circuits
2. How to apply Series-Parallel Circuit Method and Phasors for analysis of AC circuit
3. How to model first order electrical circuits (RC, RL) using first order differential equations
4. How to model first order electrical circuits (RLC) using second order differential equations
