Once you have completed the revision, you will need to upload it in the Language Bank and send it back to the translator if changes are necessary, or send it to the Language Bank Manager who will finalize the request.

When you complete the revision and save it, add at the end of the file name the tag _REVIEWED. For instance, if a document that is called "Businessreport_TRANSLATED.docx", please rename it as "Businessreport_REVIEWED.docx".

Go to your Dashboard, My Active Tasks, and click on the book icon to see the details of the assignment.

The first step is to change the status of the request to either

Revision Reject (Quality): the translation needs considerable work and changes need to be performed by the translator. Text will be to the original translator or to a new translator to complete the request.
or
Final Approval . This will send the request to the Language Bank Manager, who will finalize the request.

Next, upload the reviewed document(s) under the Upload documents section

You can also leave a comment for the translator, the Language Bank Manager or the client (Organization) if necessary by clicking on Add Comment:

To finalize, click on Save Changes.
